Talent Showcase Africa Playlist, the Podcast & Radio Show

We’ve been running the Talent Showcase Africa Playlist for one and a half years now, always tweaking things as we move along, and now we feel it is time to do yet another tweak on this extraordinary radio show.

And so here’s how it’ll be.

Beginning with Episode 78 we will Podcast every episode in advance of the show airing on radio. The reason is simple. We appreciate that everyone is busy, and so to expect people to tune in on the allotted time on the different radio channels is a bit much. Stream-on-demand sounds like a far better plan as it allows you to immediately stream and share the show on your social media and cast a wider net across the web almost in real-time.

Better yet, if the show doesn’t air on radio as scheduled for whatever reason, like it didn’t last week due to a recurring technical glitch on Radio Energy, it wouldn’t really matter. That being said, if your friends, fans, supporters, and listeners choose to later tune in on the radio, then that’s okay too. It’s their choice.

Emerging artists, check out our Song Submission Guidelines.

Wishing you a great start to the week.

With kind regards,

Talent Showcase Africa Playlist & Radio Charts: The NEW Afrobeat Releases, 1st September 2023

TSA Playlist, the Radio Show & Podcast

After taking to the airwaves about a year and a half ago, our curated radio show Talent Showcase Africa Playlist, has garnered tremendous success and recognition in its run on Radio Energy, Namibia’s most tuned-in mainstream radio station, providing a unique opportunity to promote emerging African talent.

Africa's music scene is vibrant and diverse, and this radio show undoubtedly provides an opportunity for audiences to discover and appreciate the immense talent that often goes unnoticed.

We have successfully produced and delivered 77 episodes of our syndicated shows with positive responses from listeners across Africa and the diaspora. The concept behind the Talent Showcase Africa Playlist is to bring forth the best and most promising musical talents from across the African continent. We meticulously screen every track to ensure that only the finest music is featured during the one-hour show. Notably, all the artists whose music we showcase are either based in Africa or in the diaspora, making this a truly authentic representation of the tremendous talent the continent has to offer.

Global Radio Syndication

Radio show syndication is an effective way to deliver the music across the African continent, and with it to uplift emerging African talents into mainstream recognition. And so we’re not only keen to partner up with other radio platforms, we’re also interested in working with record labels, and artiste management for signing new talents, and the media for promoting the artists we feature on the show; and last but not least, we want to connect with prospective sponsors for the radio show itself.

What sets Talent Showcase Africa Playlist apart is its accessibility. After it airs, the show is also available as a Podcast for both streaming and downloading, allowing listeners to enjoy it at their convenience. For trade and partnership inquiries you can reach the Talent Showcase Africa team via email, at: Podcast@TalentShowcaseAfrica.com
