Sarah-Jane Thomas from South Africa maintains her position on the Chart at number 2 with a now familiar tune Wholeheartedly. And at number one, DJ Proffer from Namibia is still number one for a second week with Gxd Flex.

Friday night the Talent Showcase Africa Playlist celebrates its first anniversary since launching on ENERGY100 fm on March 4th, 2022. It has been a rollercoaster ride with tons of great records from emerging African artists showcased on the platform. 

And so this Friday night we have a brand new track on the Playlist from former chart-topper Ab.dul from Namibia with Contemplate. Also on the playlist are recent releases from Yusuph from Nigeria with Bodyguard, DaFaith from Angola with Bumper 2 Bumper, Musa Kiama from Kenya with Lanez, and many more. It’s a great afrobeat vibe tonight.
